This convenction air oven is completely built in stainless steel 304 and has a heat exchanger with triple passing of fumes and steamer for big production of steam.
The front has a wide hood with a double crystal door (the external one can be opened) and the lock door system is divided in two with a big vertical handle. The support is equipped with automatic controlled steamer and heater.
It is suitable for the production of all kind of pastry.
